Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast


Ingredients:
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
3 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
5 slices of bread
butter for frying
butter for topping
maple syrup

Directions:
Place cereal into a large plastic food storage bag. 
Crush cereal with a rolling pin or by hand. 
Pour onto a plate.
Set aside.

Crack the eggs in a large shallow dish.
Add milk and whisk together.
Dip a slice of bread into egg mixture and then coat in cereal crumbs.

Over medium heat, place a teaspoon butter in the pan and swirl to cover the bottom.
Place dipped bread into the pan to cook until golden brown.
Flip and brown the other side.
 Remove from pan.
Plate the french toast.
Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
